Shoulder injury sucks. So I’m pretty much getting into the best shape since Xmas… 1999 and my shoulder gives out. Its frustrating what you can’t do with a bummed shoulder. But I’m slowly working my way back. I’m going for less weights and more reps to give me some endurance.
Blondie’s been gone for almost a week now. I have fath that God is guiding him to make the good choices. I’ll continue to keep him in my thoughts.
